    • All above Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast for Two, 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
    • Extra bed is chargeable at Baht 800.-nett per night inclusive of daily breakfast.
    • Pool view room is available for upgrading with a surcharge at THB 1000.- per night in High / Peak season, and THB 500.- per night in Low season
    • Credit Cards are accepted for Visa Card and Master Card only.
    • Check-in time after 02:00 pm; Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
    • Rate is subject to change without prior notice.
    • No room charge for child under 12 years and must to sharing bed with parent(s), maximum one child per room, 2nd child must be charged for extra bed at THB 800.- per room per night inclusive daily breakfast.
    • Booking made during 20th December – 10th January is required a minimum 7 nights per stay.
    • NO compulsory Gala dinner on Christmas Eve 24th December and New Year Eve 31st December.
    • Residential Suite is a three stories modern townhome with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, rate is available for monthly only. A number of guest who are allowed in maximum 6 guests per stayed.
